Here is a simple dinner idea for the holiday season – Santa pasta.
I twirled angel-hair pasta into loops and used them to make Santa’s beard. I used marinara sauce for Santa’s hat, and ham for his face. Santa’s eyes are cut out from nori, his nose from carrot and pasta sauce dabbed on for his rosy cheeks. The little mistletoe decoration on his hat was cut out from cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
I love how easy and versatile this dinner idea is, you could use any pasta on hand for his beard, and any tomato based pasta sauce for his hat.
