Back from my trip early this morning, still feeling sleepy all day as I watched too many movies on the plane and didn’t sleep much. Here is a simple dinner I made the night we left for the airport.
I was trying to use up ingredients in my fridge, so used up an opened bottle of chilli crab sauce and mixed with pasta instead of using the usual marinara sauce. I simply looove chilli crab sauce, seriously addictive when I am out having crabs at seafood dinners. And it tastes really good when mixed with pasta too!
I topped the pasta with a bunny cut out from ham and a blanched baby carrot. Quick and easy to make since I was rushing some last minute packing that night.
