This was dinner some point last week, a comforting hotpot after a long day at work. Added Rilakkuma and friends made out mashed potato to it. The photo was taken before I poured in the soup base.
I found some Japanese mushrooms at the supermarket – maitake, bunashimeji and enoki mushrooms, and they were a yummy addition to the soup indeed. Also added some corn, bok choy and prawns.
