Made Kiiroitori enjoying a ride in a hot air balloon. The hot air balloon is shaped like Rilakkuma 🙂
Kiiroitori is made from egg sheet, and the hot air balloon basket is made of aburaage (sweetened tofu pockets). The Rilakkuma hot air balloon is made of rice mixed with teriyaki sauce.
There is a thin layer of rice at the bottom of the bento, which I covered with cabbage leaves boiled in chicken stock.
I’ve not taken a hot air balloon ride before, hope to do so one day in the Blue Mountains.
