I made tamagoyaki again, and today presented it as tamago nigiri sushi. I did some quick decoration to turn the tamago sushi into Minions, using cheese and nori for details.
The kids like the tamagoyaki a bit sweet, so I added one about 3/4 tablespoon of sugar into the egg mixture (I used three large eggs).
We were out of bananas at home, so I put some candy bananas around the bento. Of course the kids gobbled it all up after I finished taking the photo!
