Japanese curry and rice – one of my favourite dishes, and I love how easy it is to prepare. Japanese curry is milder and sweeter compared to Indian curry, and even the little ones love it.
I use a mild flavoured Japanese curry mix that hints of honey and apple, and add it in to sautéed slices of beef. Stir constantly over low heat for about 15 minutes until the curry thickens. I served this with rice shaped into Korilakkuma.
