These sugar cookies were baked before Christmas, and I cut and stamped them using my Rilakkuma and Kiiroitori cookie cutters. I outlined them with some melted chocolate to bring out the features.
I also baked a basic sponge cake and filled it with a layer of buttercream. I then covered the cake with buttercream tinged pink with food colouring, and decorated with the cookies and some strawberries on top. Z2 was so excited when she saw me taking the pictures, she couldn’t wait to have a slice!
