15 minute bento – Chicks In the Rain

It was actually very sunny today, so this bento wasn’t inspired by today’s weather LOL. In fact, I made these quite some time ago! I forgot to upload this. I do recall this was done during the rainy season a few months ago.

The chicks are made of halved quail eggs with carrot decorations and have sesame seed eyes, and the raindrops are cut out from egg sheet. I used furikake to represent the ground, and each chick holds a silicon baran leaf to protect itself from the rain. Here is a close-up:
