Happy St Pat’s Day!

Z1 had a St Patrick’s Day muffin tray for lunch yesterday. (Z2’s muffin tray was based on a different theme which I will post another day).

Top Row

  • Leprechaun made using a Nutella sandwich and pork floss beard
  • Green juice aka wheat-grass juice
  • A rainbow leading into a pot of “gold” (Rice Krispies cereal)

Bottom Row

  • Yoghurt with a shamrock ring
  • Rainbow of fruits (strawberries, yellow plums, green and purple grapes)
  • Shamrock carving on a slice of apple

    • Thanks Anna! I don’t know how to make pork floss though, have always bought in packets from the stores that sell barbecued meats. It’s savoury and great for adding into bland tasting food like porridge.
