We took the kids to visit the Gardens by the Bay today. It’s our 3rd or 4th visit there since it opened in June, but the conservatory we visited today, the Flower Dome, had an exhibit for Halloween/Thanksgiving, which will last til end November.
This conservatory shows the plants in different climates throughout the world, from cactus in the desert to plants in Australia, South America and California. The kids loved it, Z1 had lots to say regarding all the plants.
So today’s bento has a floral theme to it, I made tulips cut from quail eggs, ham flowers, a weiner flower for Z1, and shrubs from broccoli.
The Halloween/Thanksgiving setup was really impressive. When the plants are changed when the seasons change, we’ll go back to check out the new exhibit again!
