So this was their dinner yesterday.. I wanted to make an egg sheet and a tamago after reading about the steps online. Looks simple but so challenging in reality!
My tamago did not turn out well, it’s such a mess! I think I did not oil the pan well enough in between layers hence I had very uneven bits.
Tried to make an egg sheet (with yolks and whites separated so as to have different colours), maybe I added too much cornstarch? 1 tsp for 2 eggs. Is that too much cornstarch?
So here’s the little egg sheet chickens I made today. Can you spot the messy tamago? Tried to disguise it with some picks.
